Where are your dog tags made?
Our dog tags are proudly handcrafted in Sydney, Australia and are personalised just for you and your pet.
How long will it take to make my order before it is shipped?
If your order includes a dog tag, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped out as each tag is handcrafted to order.
What information should I put on my dog tag?
We believe it is very important to include valulable information on the back of your dog's tag to ensure they are returned safely to you if they ever get lost.
This information generally includes phone numbers, a microchip number or "microchipped" text, an email address, instagram handle or any other details that would allow someone to get in contact with you or your pet's vet to make sure they are returned safely and stress free.
We allow up to four lines of text on the back of our tags and have included some common details below:
Line 1 - Owners Name
Line 2 - Owners Phone Number
Line 3 - Backup Phone Number
Line 4 - "Microchipped" text
You are welcome to add any text you would like on the back of your tag however we strongly recommend at least one form of contact to ensure the safety of your pet.

Where is Bailey And Bone located?
We are an online only store and all orders are processed and shipped from our facility located in Sydney Australia.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?
If you have just placed an order and noticed that the shipping details are incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible via email at hello@baileyandbone.com and we will try our best to update your shipping details before your order is dispatched. Please note that once an order is marked as shipped, we will no longer be able to change any of the shipping details.
Can I track my Bailey And Bone order?
All orders come with tracking and once dispatched you will be notified by email of your tracking information with a link to track your order.
