I ordered a dog tag but then realising I would like the matching set collar , lead and harnish and I emailed Jacob as I couldn’t find a matching set for the tag I purchased and Jacob was happy to change my dog tag to the matching pink daisy. We refined the package and it was so amazing even though the small collar is still to big for our puppy Maltese shitzu Bambi we are confident that she will grow into it.
Jacob was so good with any changes that I needed.
Thank you Jacob, for the customer service you gave me.
