Great customer service too, I originally made a mistake on the name when filling out the design, I emailed the team at Bailey&Bone and they adjusted the order for me with no problem!
My puppy tends to carry it in her mouth at times, and it hasn’t shown wear. But even if it eventually does, I’ll just re-order, because honestly it is just so cute and her now.
